Virtualskin shall make all endeavours to deliver defect free products to the purchasers. If you’ve had an incorrect product delivered to you (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation), if you find that you’ve made an error with size, or if the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we will be happy to exchange your product for a replacement or provide you with a refund in your account.

The exchange shall be made within a month days as long as the returned products are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags.

To exchange a product or report any damages in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at +8613430773146 between 9.00 A.M to 6.00PM CST or email us at info@virtualskin.store with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.

Return/Exchange Process

Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at info@virtualskin.store to get a return authorization and return address.

Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.

Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.

Order Cancellation

We offer full refund to your original payment method if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from Contact us once your decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fees. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
